Wrexham Food & Drink Festival was saved from a certain extinction last year, when a team of local business owners who are part of This Is Wrexham Tourism Partnership stood in at the last minute to ensure it’s continuation. Wrexham Food & Drink Festival is organised by a community group that works on a not-for-profit basis, donating any funds generated back into the local tourism network, and local charities. The Festival is organised with a community approach in mind, sourcing exhibitors from the local area, giving a real authenticity to what has become a must for Wrexham’s foodie events calendar.

2019 is set to be bigger and better, seeing in excess of 75 local and regional food producers, Chef demos from local restaurants, cookery classes, live music and even a fireworks display. Wrexham Food & Drink Festival will not be one to miss!!

Wrexham Food Fest Recap 2018 V2
27 Sep: Rounding up 2018’s Wrexham Food & Drink Festival

Wow, we're absolutely blown away by the response from everyone that attended this year. From the public that attended to the exhibitors that took part and helped make the weekend a success, the atmosphere was brilliant and the feelgood factor was out in force. In the face of adversity, with what can only be described as terrible weather, we saw well over 5500 people attend over 2 days.

The Wrexham Food Festival team would like to thank the following companies and organisations, as well as our exhibitors and dedicated volunteers, without whom it would not be possible to organise such an event!
